A safe, stable place to live
Comfortable homes with 24-hour staffing, every day of the year
Our homes are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Each young person has a private, lockable bedroom and access to welcoming shared spaces. We maintain high standards across our properties so young people can feel settled, respected, and proud of where they live.

Support shaped around the eight key principles
A clear standard behind how we recruit, support, and plan
Our service is guided by the 8 Key Principles for Supported Accommodation, developed with care-experienced young people and embedded in the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. They guide how we keep young people safe, how we listen, how we build trusting relationships, and how we support independence and positive futures.
What this means for you
If you live with us, you can expect:
To feel safe in your home, know who is supporting you, and understand what to do if something worries you.
To be listened to and involved in decisions about your support, your home, and your future.
To be supported by staff who know you, understand what you have been through, and treat you with respect.
To have your own space that you can personalise and feel comfortable and proud of.
To get help with your health and wellbeing, including emotional and mental health support.
To build positive, trusting relationships with adults you can rely on.
To learn practical skills like cooking, budgeting, managing a tenancy, education, and work skills.
To feel more confident about your future, with support to move on when you are ready.
We will support you at your pace, focus on your strengths, and work with you to help you achieve your goals.
