Referrals and professional enquiries
To help us respond promptly, please include the young person’s age, placing authority, current plan context, risks and vulnerabilities, education status, and any key dates. We will confirm next steps and discuss suitability, availability, and what a safe start would look like.
Complaints, concerns, and advocacy
We take feedback and concerns seriously and respond in a timely way. Young people can raise concerns with staff in the home, request advocacy support, or use our complaints process. Professionals can also contact us directly with concerns, and we will follow safeguarding and escalation procedures as required.
